Practical Solidarity of Sikh Followers in India with the Iranian People

Sikh followers in the Kashmir region of India have taken concrete actions to express solidarity with Iran, demonstrating deep mutual respect and support between faith communities.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Adherents of the Sikh faith in Poonch, a region within the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, have donated cash, gold, and other forms of aid to support Iran and symbolize practical solidarity with its people. 

This solidarity campaign, launched across India, saw widespread participation from the people of Kashmir, reflecting a strong sense of interfaith harmony and deep-rooted affection for Iran and its Supreme Leader. 

The gesture underscores the profound respect and spiritual connection shared between religious communities in India, particularly in the Kashmir Valley, and highlights the enduring popularity of Iran and its leadership among the Indian public.
