AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Following the enlightening speech by Hojat al-Islam Naim Qassem, Secretary-General of Hezbollah, and his clarification of positions regarding a potential U.S. war against Iran, Ayatollah Ghorbanali Dorri-Najafabadi, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly issued a statement addressed to him.
In this message addressed to Hojat al-Islam Sheikh Naim Qassem, he said, “While appreciating your wise leadership and steadfast positions in defending the sanctum of Islamic unity, following your profound, fraternal, and historic remarks, we deem it necessary to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for this illuminating and solidarity-creating statement.”
Najafabadi added, “Your emphasis on the unity of the path of the peoples of Iran and Lebanon and describing a threat against Iran as a threat against the entire Islamic Ummah, demonstrates a deep understanding and a shared heart in facing common enemies. Furthermore, your explanation of the sublime status of the Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist and the Deputy of Imam Mahdi (a.s.), Grand Ayatollah Imam Khamenei, once again revealed the depth of religious and revolutionary insight of this tireless mujahid.”
The Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly emphasized, “We consider these words a continuation of that same red line of resistance, independence, and loyalty to the pure Muhammadan (p.b.u.h) ideals, which have been watered with the pure blood of the martyred leaders of this sacred path. Along this path, the luminous memory of great martyrs such as the martyr Imad Mughniyeh, the martyr Hajj Sayed Hassan Nasrallah, and other peaks of sacrifice and martyrdom in Hezbollah of Lebanon and the Resistance Front, like the martyr Hashem Safieddine and their devoted companions, will always be the guiding beacon for those continuing this dignity-bestowing path. The memory and name of these free men are the capital of the Resistance Front and the document for the truthfulness of the path in which they have shown the glory of Islam and Muslims to the world.”
At the end, he emphasized, “Once again, we call upon the honorable nation of Iran, the glorious resistance of Lebanon, Gaza, Yemen, Iraq, and other Islamic lands, and the entire great Islamic Ummah to preserve the legacy of these noble martyrs and to strengthen unity, cohesion, and solidarity under the shadow of obedience to the Guardianship of the Muslim Ummah's affairs. Undoubtedly, this united and aware front will be a steadfast fortress against all assaults of global arrogance and criminal Zionism.”
