Deputy Head of Lady Masoumeh’s (a.s.) Holy Shrine Cultural Office Visits ABNA News Agency

During a visit to the AhlulBayt (a.s.) News Agency (ABNA), the Deputy Head of the Cultural Office of Lady Masoumeh’s (a.s.) Holy Shrine, citing a narration from Imam Sadeq (a.s.) about Qom as the origin for spreading the knowledge of the Household of Muhammad (p.b.u.h), emphasized the historical role of seminary media in introducing the global status of Lady Masoumeh’s (a.s.) shrine.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Hojat al-Islam Sayed Ahmad Moshref, Deputy Head of Cultural Affairs of the Holy Shrine of Lady Hazrat Masoumeh (a.s.), along with a group of media managers from the shrine, visited various departments of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) International News Agency (ABNA). During a bilateral meeting with the heads of different ABNA departments, they explored avenues for mutual cooperation.

During his visit to the AhlulBayt (a.s.) International News Agency (ABNA), Moshref emphasized the pivotal and unparalleled role of the Holy Shrine of Lady Masoumeh (a.s.) as a global center for disseminating the pure Muhammadan and Alavi knowledge. He called for greater interaction and synergy among seminary and religious media institutions to fulfill this great mission.

The Cultural Deputy of the Holy Shrine then elaborated on the new, specialized structure of the Cultural Department under his management, adding, “In line with transforming and elevating cultural-media activities, a new structure has been designed and implemented at the shrine, based on specialization and audience focus. In this structure, the ‘General Department of Media,’ with specialized subdivisions for visual, audio, and digital media, is responsible for content production and broadcasting. Each subdivision, through coordinated planning, is engaged in valuable missions within its specialized field.”

Later in the meeting, Hojat al-Islam “Mohammad Hossein Hosseinzadeh,” the Public Relations Manager of the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (a.s.), presenting a report on the shrine’s media activities, said, “In recent years, a remarkable transformation has occurred in the field of media content production and dissemination at the shrine. Producing over 72,000 minutes of radio, television, and satellite programs on diverse devotional, cultural, and social topics attests to this claim. In the digital space, by launching and strengthening numerous platforms, we have an active and effective presence.”

He referred to hosting international events, adding, “The Holy Shrine hosts some of the largest gatherings of the Shiite world. The majestic ceremonies of the Fatemiyyah days, commemorations of AhlulBayt (a.s.), as well as innovative events like ‘The Largest Gathering of the Daughters of the Revolution’ with tens of thousands of participants, are examples of this capacity. In the arena of resistance and Islamic awakening, this shrine has also been the origin and sanctuary for numerous programs and conferences, playing its central role.”

At the end, he emphasized the centrality of the shrine in the international sphere of Qom province and stated, “Given that the Holy Shrine is the main focus of Qom’s international activities, it is essential that seminary news agencies like ABNA, by establishing strategic commonalities and leveraging each other’s capacities, cooperate even more in introducing this spiritual base to the world comprehensively and attractively.”
