AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Islamic Andolan Bangladesh party on Monday unveiled its election manifesto, stating that if it comes to power, it will fully implement the fundamental principles of Islam in governing the country.
Sayed Rizwanul Karim, the party’s amir, told a press conference at the party’s headquarters that Islam is not merely a system of worship but provides clear frameworks and solutions for all aspects of human life. According to him, the core principles of Islamic governance include judicial independence, justice, accountability, attention to citizens’ interests, social security, and the rule of law.
He emphasized, “If Islamic Andolan Bangladesh comes to power, it will guarantee the full implementation of these principles,” he said.
The party also pledged to protect the rights and dignity of followers of all religions and ethnic minorities, underscoring the equality of all citizens. The manifesto states, “No one will be regarded as a minority or majority on the basis of religion or ethnicity, and a secure environment will be ensured for the preservation and practice of all religious beliefs.”
