ABAN24 - Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi and the commander of the Pakistani Army discussed the ceasefire violations by the Israeli regime in Iran and Lebanon.
Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, held a telephone conversation with General Asim Munir, Commander of the Pakistani Army.
During the phone call, Araghchi expressed gratitude for the constructive and responsible role of the Pakistani government and for Munir’s continuous and effective efforts to end the war and strengthen peace and security in the region.
During the call, the two sides also referred to the recent telephone conversation between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif of Pakistan and Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and emphasized the importance of continued coordination and follow-up on the agreed points from that discussion.
The two sides also discussed violations of the ceasefire in Iran and Lebanon by the Zionist regime.
