AhlulBayt News Agency: People from all walks of life will hold demonstrations across Iran to condemn recent foreign-backed riots and show support for the Islamic System.
The rallies are going to take place on Monday. People are going to start the rallies in South Khorasan Province at 9 a.m. local time and in Ardabil Province at 11 a.m. local time. However, in most of other provinces, including Tehran, they will pour onto streets to show support for the Islamic system at 14 p.m. local time.
Several officials described the nationwide demonstrations as a proof of unity, which secures this nation’s resilience.
According to officials, the great Iranian people show their support for the lofty ideals such as independence, freedom, and Islamic Republic.
Peaceful protests began in the capital, Tehran, less than two weeks ago over economic problems triggered by increase in exchange rates of foreign currencies.
The Iranian government announced that it would hold discussions with the protesters’ representatives to hear their demands. But the demonstrations turned into riots in the past few days after certain terror groups penetrated into the protests and set fire to banks, stores, religious sites, ambulances, and firefighting vehicles, among others.
Iranian authorities declared that perpetrators of the latest unrest are supported by the United States and the Israeli regime.
