Yemeni forces fire 43 rockets since March in response to Israeli aggression on Gaza

Israeli occupation forces closed the airspace around Ben Gurion International Airport after a missile was fired from Yemen toward occupied Palestine. Air raid sirens were activated across Greater Tel Aviv and western occupied Jerusalem following the missile’s detection.

AhlulBayt News Agency: Hebrew media reported Sunday evening that Israeli occupation forces closed the airspace around Ben Gurion International Airport in Lod, near Tel Aviv, following the launch of a missile from Yemen toward the occupied Palestinian territories.

The decision was made moments after air raid sirens were activated across large areas of central occupied Palestine, including Greater Tel Aviv and western occupied Quds (Jerusalem). The alarm was triggered following the detection of a missile trajectory believed to have originated from Yemeni territory.

According to Israeli statistics, Yemeni forces have launched approximately 43 rockets at various locations within the occupied territories since March, when Israeli occupation forces resumed their military operations against Gaza, violating an internationally mediated ceasefire agreement.

The southern regions of occupied Palestine have been on high alert due to the escalating regional confrontation. Attacks from Yemen have intensified as part of military support for Palestinian resistance in Gaza.
