(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A senior Iranian scholar criticized the US and Zionist regime as the main reason for Syria conflict and urged a fact finding mission to be formed for solving the problems in the issues in the country. Ayatollah Abbas Ka’bi, Iranian cleric stressed the necessity of a fact-finding mission to solve the issue in Syria urging for prevention of arms and terrorists to enter Syrian borders.He referred to the US backed terrorists and arms breaking into Syria as the main reason behind the problems and said, “Interference of the foreign governments in the intrigue started by the US will not solve the predicament.” Member of the Society of Seminary Teachers at Qom highlighted prevention of arms and foreign forces to enter Syria and called for an immediate ceasefire to start national talks as the solutions for the problems in this country. According to the cleric, Syrian people blame the US, Zionist regime, Turkey and Saudi Arabia for the violation. He also called Syria and Turkey to prevail peace saying, “Some countries are fueling the tensions aiming at waging a war between these two countries while a war is not to the benefit of any side.” Ayatollah Ka’bi also said,” If Turkish government is really concerned for the Syrian nation, it would be better to block the entrance of terrorists to Syria via its borders.” Member of Iran’s Assembly of Experts also warned against continuation of violation in Syria since an immediate solution for that will be beneficial for the regional countries. He also highlighted the role of neighboring countries in ending the tension in Syria urging international organizations, fact-finding missions as well as the neighboring countries to end the violation and aid the Syrian nation.
