RAMALLAH (Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - As the PA security militia continues its arrest spree of Hamas supporters in the West Bank, the families of PA security prisoners Faras Jarar and Ala Abu Khadir, who were both granted free trips to hajj sponsored by the Saudi King for political prisoners released from Israeli jails, called on the monarch to intervene to release their loved ones and allow them to enjoy the hajj trip they were awarded this year.

The families said they were shocked and saddened that the Palestinian Authority (in Ramallah) would hinder their trip instead of Israeli authorities.

Abu Khadir and Jarar were arrested by the militia a month back after they were released a year ago after serving 16 year bids in Israeli prisons.

Moreoever, a university lecturer, Ghassan Thouqan, was summoned for questioning by the militia immediately after his release from Israeli prisons.

Ayyash’s wife, who visited him Thursday, said he was suffering from tremors of the limbs and could not walk without extreme difficulty. She said his body had turned yellow and he could not communicate with her properly.
