AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Maulana Syed Ghulam Kibria Azhari, a prominent Sunni scholar from Bangladesh, emphasized in a message that supporting Iran in the current circumstances is a duty incumbent upon all Muslim countries. Weakening Iran, he stated, will pave the way for the expansion of U.S. and Israeli influence, the erosion of regional countries' independence, and the acceleration of the “Greater Israel” project.
The message stated that although regional countries are currently under the de facto influence of the United States and are compelled to implement its demands, if Iran is defeated, no force will remain capable of defending Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and Jordan against Israeli occupation, a reality that Zionist leaders themselves have repeatedly articulated clearly.
He warned, “In the event of Iran’s defeat, over the next decade, the United States and Israel will attempt to weaken and dismantle Turkey and Pakistan under various pretexts. Additionally, the United States will, under various justifications, neutralize Pakistan's nuclear capabilities or strip them away through economic pressure.”
In his view, in the decade following this phase, Israel will occupy three or four additional Arab countries, as "the Zionists are gradually realizing the dream of ‘Greater Israel’.”
