AhlulBayt News Agency: The Lebanese Muslim Scholars Assembly has praised the Yemeni people for their unwavering support for Palestinians in the face of Israeli aggression.
In a statement, the assembly commended the mass demonstrations held on Friday in Sana’a and across Yemeni provinces, reaffirming their solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people amid the genocide in Gaza.
The statement emphasized that millions of Yemenis took to the streets, demonstrating their commitment to true Muhammadan Islam and their support for Gaza.
The assembly noted that Yemenis reject American dictates and actively support Palestinians, not only through words but also through hypersonic ballistic missile strikes targeting strategic sites in Israel, including Ben Gurion Airport.
These actions have reportedly forced hundreds of thousands of settlers to seek shelter for extended periods, significantly impacting Zionist immigration and leading to reverse migration out of Israel.
Commenting on recent developments and former US President Donald Trump’s visit to the region, the assembly stated that Iran stands alone in defying American dominance.
The statement quoted Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, who declared: “We are advocates of peace, but we will not bow to any power and will not surrender.”
The assembly asserted that Pezeshkian’s words reflect the sentiments of the Islamic Ummah, free people worldwide, and resistance movements in Lebanon, Palestine, Yemen, and Iraq opposing Zionist aggression.
