In a telephone call with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Wednesday, President Luong Cuong shared his profound sorrow over the calamity.
He conveyed his heartfelt condolences to President Pezeshkian, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and the Iranian people, offering prayers for the deceased and wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
