AhlulBayt News Agency: Ayatollah Seyyed Muhammad Taqi Modarresi, one of the Iraqi scholars, called for taking responsibility for propagating Islam and spreading its teachings and trying to invite people by taking inspiration from the path of Hazrat Abu Abdullah Al-Hussein (PBUH).
He went on to say that the laws of God Almighty in creation are fixed and unchangeable, and they include the laws of time and duration of everything that governs this world, including the material civilization in the West, which is currently in its old age.
Ayatollah Modarresi emphasized,” The civilizational substitute for the current ruling system in the world is Islam; since it has all the components of a complete and comprehensive civilization and is free from the major gaps that threaten civilizations with extinction.”
“A number of gaps that characterize modern material civilization prevent it from continuing as a comprehensive civilization.” He concluded.
