AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman Brigadier General Yahia Sare’e revealed the details of the expanded air operation on Abha Regional Airport, which caused complete paralysis in the air traffic to-from the airport.
"Three consecutive Air Force operations were carried out with a number of Qasef-2K drones at the regional airport of Abha," said Brig. Sare'e.
"Air Force attacks continued from Monday evening until dawn Tuesday, hitting the targets with high accuracy," he added.
The spokesman for the Armed Forces asserted that Abha airport has become in a state of paralysis, especially in the military operations of the warplanes.
He pointed out that the defense operations will escalate with the escalation of the Saudi regime, which launched 41 raids during the past two days, resulting in martyrs and wounded.
This attack was the fifth in a week by drones targeting the regional airport Abha after being hit by a cruise missile on June 12, in order to get it completely out of service until the lifting of the air embargo on Sana'a International Airport for more than three years.
