(AhlulBayt News Agency) - The Syrian Arab Army (SAA), alongside Lebanese Hezbollah, resumed their assault on the southwestern suburbs of Aleppo today, targeting the imperative Rashiddeen 5 area that is under so-called Jaysh Al-Fateh's (Army of Conquest) control.

Led by the Tiger Forces, the Syrian Arab Army and their allies managed to complete control over the Hikmah area after capturing the hangars located near the Rashiddeen 5 Suburb.

Once the hangars were captured, the Tiger Forces and their allies reached the eastern sector of the Rashiddeen 5 sector for the first time since losing this area to Jaysh Al-Fateh in late August.

According to a military source in Aleppo, the Syrian Armed Forces are currently engaged in a fierce battle with the jihadist rebels at Rashiddeen 5, as they attempt to advance their positions around this imperative southwestern suburb.
