(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Twelve civilians and law enforcement personnel were martyred at the hands of armed groups that opened fire on gatherings of civilians following the Friday prayers in a number of areas. Dozens of people were also injured in these attacks, 30 policemen and 5 officers.
In Qaboun, 8 people, including 2 law enforcement personnel, shot by armed terrorist groups and two civilians were shot dead by sniper fire, while a civilian was found dead stabbed with knives in the neck by gunmen.
These armed groups in Qaboun terrorized people to force them to participate in demonstrations.
Meanwhile, a policeman was martyred in Barzeh by the armed groups fire who have targeted the forces of law enforcement who were protecting the public and private properties.
In Duma, armed groups exploited gatherings of people and opened fire resulting in the death of one civilian.
In Homs Governorate, a policeman was martyred by the fire of armed groups in al- Khalidiya region.
In Idleb, a student at the Faculty of Medicine was killed by the terrorist groups for refusing to participate in demonstrations.
The armed terrorist groups have cut off the roads in several parts using burning tires and trash containers. They also attacked public and private properties.
