(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The UAE, is setting a model to be emulated in sustainable development and regional and international partnership and cooperation, UAE Minister of Economy Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri said here yesterday.
In a statement after a meeting with Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, Al Masnouri said the UAE welcomes proposals announced by Nazarbayev for modernising the Muslim World while addressing the 7th World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) in Astana.
The meeting reviewed the distinguished bilateral relations and ways of expanding cooperation between the two friendly countries. The UAE minister commended Kazakhstan's proposals for emerging joint Islamic action and shaping a brighter Islamic economic cooperation model as ' constructive and important'.
