President Masoud Pezeshkian has condoled the martyrdom of the head of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Intelligence Organization Brigadier General Majid Khademi in US-Israeli attacks against Tehran.
In his message of condolences on Monday, Pezeshkian said that the deceased general spent years of his lifetime fighting in the 1980-88 Iraqi-imposed war against Iran and then used the rest of his life to protect the country’s national security.
The president added that the martyrdom of General Khademi shows that the security and independence of this country is owed to the sacrifices of its brave men who make every effort for its calm and glory in the toughest conditions.
