ABNA24 - In response to the ongoing aggression by the United States and the Zionist regime against the Islamic Republic of Iran, a group of scholars and faithful from Mumbai, India, gathered at the Iranian consulate to express their profound grief, offer condolences on the martyrdom of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, pledge allegiance to the new Leader, and declare a message of solidarity and support.
In response to the ongoing aggression by the United States and the Zionist regime against the Islamic Republic of Iran, a group of scholars and faithful from Mumbai, India, gathered at the Iranian consulate to express their profound grief, offer condolences on the martyrdom of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, pledge allegiance to the new Leader, and declare a message of solidarity and support.
A delegation comprising scholars, elders, and a group of believers from Mumbai arrived at the consulate of the Islamic Republic of Iran to strongly condemn the acts of aggression and injustice perpetrated by the US and the Zionist regime against Iran.
During the meeting, the delegation members expressed their deep sorrow over the martyrdom of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei. They extended their condolences to the Iranian authorities and people, describing the loss as a heavy blow to the Islamic Ummah.
The participants also reaffirmed their allegiance to the new Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Mojtaba Khamenei, emphasizing that they would remain steadfast on the path of the Islamic Revolution's ideals, particularly in resisting oppression and defending the oppressed.
During their meeting with the consulate representative and other Iranian officials, the delegation stressed that the Islamic Ummah, especially the believers in India, share in the grief of the Iranian nation and will continue their moral, religious, and humanitarian support across all fields.
The scholars stated that Iran has always been the voice of the oppressed, asserting that the ongoing aggression represents a clear battle between truth and falsehood. They emphasized that in such circumstances, it is the duty of the Islamic Ummah to unite, raise its voice against oppression, and stand firm within the Axis of Resistance.
The believers also expressed their sentiments, declaring that they share in the pain and suffering of the brave and honorable people of Iran and are ready to offer any cooperation. As a symbol of solidarity, the delegation presented a donation of 550,000 rupees.
The gathering concluded with the recitation of prayers for the martyrs and supplications for the well-being of Imam Mahdi (may Allah hasten his righteous reappearance). The participants once again emphasized that raising their voice against oppression and supporting the oppressed is their religious and humanitarian duty.
