Indian Cleric Denouncing the Assassination of Imam Khamenei: These Martyrdoms Make us More Stout

The Secretary General of the Majlis-e Ulama-ye Shia Hind criticized the silence of governments claiming to be Islamic, emphasizing that the Islamic Republic of Iran is the only country that has openly stood alongside the Palestinian people.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Hojat al-Islam Sayed Kaleb Jawad Naqvi, the Secretary General of the Majlis-e Ulama-ye Shia Hind (Council of Indian Shiite Scholars), spoke at a large gathering of mourners for the Leader of the Islamic Revolution in the city of Lucknow, referencing recent regional developments. He stated, "We are not afraid of martyrdom; martyrdoms make us more steadfast and resistant."

During the ceremony, he condemned the actions of the United States of America and the Zionist regime, calling them "terrorist powers" and claiming they had martyred Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, through "cowardice and deceit." He added, "The world should know that the blood of a martyr will never be trampled."

Molana Kaleb Jawad Naqvi pointed to some media misinformation and stated, "Media outlets claimed that Ayatollah Khamenei had taken refuge in a secret hideout, but when it became clear that he was in his office at the time of his martyrdom, these media outlets faced a great scandal." He emphasized, "Followers of the Hussaini school of thought neither surrender nor hide."

The Indian cleric also severely criticized what he called the "hypocrisy of some Islamic governments," stating, "To this day, none of these so-called Islamic governments have practically supported the oppressed people of Gaza or responded to their cry for help." He emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran is the only country that has openly supported the Palestinian people, and this stance has been used as a pretext to impose war against Iran.

He further questioned, "What permit do America and Israel have to interfere in Iran's internal affairs?" He stated, "The Leader of the Islamic Revolution always emphasized the unity of the Islamic ummah, and today the impact of his movement is more evident than ever after his martyrdom, as Shia and Sunni have come together in various places to support him."

Molana Kaleb Jawad Naqvi concluded, "Indian Muslims stand alongside Iran and will never leave the leadership and people of this country alone." He referenced the historical confrontation between right and wrong, adding, "Victory has always been for Moses, not Pharaoh; today, too, right will triumph, and wrong will be destroyed in the waves."
