AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): On Tuesday, Donald Trump, the President of the United States, used the term "crazy people" to refer to Iranian representatives in indirect nuclear negotiations with the US while speaking to reporters at the White House.
Trump once again disrespected the Iranian people, using the term "crazy people" to refer to their representatives in talks with the US. In response to a reporter's question about whether Israel prompted him to go to war with Iran, Trump denied it, stating: "Maybe I encouraged them [Israelis] to do it."
He then added: "We were negotiating with these crazy people, and my view was that if we don't attack, they will do it first."
In another part of his remarks, Trump said: "So, if I had a role, it was that I prompted Israel to take action."
This is not the first time the US President has insulted the Iranian nation. During his first term as President, Trump referred to the Iranian people as a "terrorist nation."
