AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): An important meeting was held at Al-Mustafa House in Karachi regarding the holy month of Ramadan and current affairs. Leaders of organizations and institutions that are part of Tehreek Azadi Al-Quds Pakistan attended the meeting.
While addressing the gathering, the leaders said that relations with the “occupying Zionist state” are unacceptable under any circumstances. They demanded that the Government of Pakistan immediately withdraw from former U.S. President Donald Trump’s so-called Gaza peace plan.
They added that the statements of Muhammad Ali Jinnah regarding the Palestine issue serve as guiding principles for them, and that the Palestinian people have the full right to defend themselves in every way.
According to the spokesperson of Tehreek Azadi Al-Quds Pakistan, Ali Ghazi, it was decided in the meeting that, as in previous years, and in response to the call of Ruhullah Khomeini, the last Friday of Ramadan will be observed as World Quds Day. In Karachi, the main Quds Day rally will be held from Numaish Chowrangi to Tibet Center.
A large public participation is expected to show that the hearts of the people of Pakistan beat with the oppressed Palestinians.
The meeting also decided to further intensify public awareness campaigns about the Palestine issue at the street level.
