AhlulBayt News Agency: The German capital, Berlin, witnessed a march attended by hundreds of protesters to denounce Israel’s continued violations of the ceasefire in Gaza and its targeting of the Gaza Strip with airstrikes and shelling.

According to Anadolu correspondent, hundreds of protesters gathered at Oranienplatz on Saturday, where they condemned Germany’s continued arms sales to Israel, demanding that Israel release Palestinian prisoners and hold Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accountable.

The protesters, who marched to the Südstern metro station, carried Palestinian flags and banners reading slogans such as “Freedom for Palestine,” “Israel tramples human rights,” “Stop the genocide,” “Netanyahu to court,” and “Boycott Israel.”

They also chanted slogans including “Zionism is a crime,” “Freedom for Palestine,” and “Gaza is in a difficult situation, thousands of children are freezing there.”

On Sunday, Israel killed 37 Palestinians within about 24 hours through airstrikes targeting various areas of the Gaza Strip, where around 2.4 million Palestinians live, including 1.5 million displaced persons, under catastrophic conditions.

On October 10, a ceasefire in Gaza came into effect; however, Israel continued to violate the agreement and committed massacres against the Palestinian people in the Strip.

Israel’s extermination war on Gaza has resulted in more than 71,000 Palestinian deaths and over 171,000 injuries, in addition to widespread destruction affecting about 90% of civilian infrastructure, with reconstruction costs estimated by the United Nations at approximately $70 billion.
