AhlulBayt News Agency: Quranic circles will be held in different parts of Iran on the eve of the Mid-Shaaban Eid.
They will take place in mosques and religious centers with the slogan “Quran, the Eternal Book”.
Quran teachers, reciters, memorizers and Quranic activists will be present at the programs alongside all the devotees of the Holy Quran.
These Quranic circles will be held with the aim of celebrating the teachings of the Holy Quran and emphasizing the high status of this heavenly book.
It is also aimed at announcing the position of the country’s Quranic community in condemning the desecration of the sanctity of the Holy Quran and mosques in recent riots.
According to the organizers, the central gathering of this program will be held in Tehran on Tuesday, February 3, from 10:00 PM until the morning call to prayer on Wednesday.
The Mid-Shaaban Eid, marking the birth anniversary of Imam Zaman (may God hasten his glad advent), falls on the 15th day of the lunar Hijri month of Shaaban.
Shia Muslims all over the world celebrated the auspicious occasion on Wednesday, February 4, this year.
