AhlulBayt News Agency: The Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS) has reported that Israeli forces deliberately targeted rescue personnel while they were performing their duties.
According to the IRCS, two crew members were likely killed in the attack, which took place in Tehran on Monday.
According to IRNA, Israel launched strikes inside Iranian territory on June 13, in an unprovoked act of aggression that included direct attacks on residential areas. High-ranking Iranian military officials were assassinated in targeted operations, and civilians lost their lives as homes were struck. Entire population centers suffered damage from the assault.
In response, Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei swiftly appointed new military commanders, declaring that Israel would face severe consequences. Hours later, Iran initiated retaliatory strikes deep into Israeli territory, hitting cities including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Haifa with ballistic missiles and drones. As a result, daily life in occupied territories has been disrupted, with Israelis forced to remain in underground bomb shelters for extended periods.
Iranian officials have reaffirmed their commitment to sustaining operations as long as necessary. Since the counteroffensive began, successive waves of Iranian missile strikes have penetrated Israeli defenses, hitting designated targets with precision. Despite Israeli censorship, extensive footage has emerged, clearly showing Iranian missiles successfully reaching their intended objectives.
