Iran condemns Israeli hospital attack as war crime

Iran’s Fatemeh Mohajerani reported 45 women and children killed in Israeli attacks, condemning the strike on Farabi Hospital as proof of Israel’s savage nature. Esmaeil Baghaei labeled the attack a war crime, while Ayatollah Khamenei vowed strong retaliation against Israel.

AhlulBayt News Agency: Iran’s government spokeswoman Fatemeh Mohajerani announced that at least 45 women and children have been martyred and another 75 injured in recent Israeli attacks on Iran.

Mohajerani stated in televised remarks on Monday that the civilian casualties expose the false claims of the Zionist regime regarding its military targets.

She condemned Israel’s strike on Farabi Hospital in Kermanshah, calling it further proof of the “savage nature” of the Israeli regime.

Mohajerani emphasized national unity as a key factor in Iran’s strength, stating that all Iranians, even those with grievances, have united in the face of aggression.

She urged citizens to ignore evacuation messages, describing them as part of psychological warfare.

Mohajerani reassured the public that banks and financial institutions remain operational, though the stock market is closed to protect people’s assets.

She expressed gratitude to police forces for facilitating traffic flow as people travel outside Iranian cities.

Additionally, she noted that some subway stations were opened last night, with more expected to serve as shelters today.

Israeli attacks on hospitals labeled ‘war crime’

Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei condemned the hospital attack as a “war crime”, calling it a grave violation of international law.

Baghaei stated that history will judge those who support Israel’s actions, warning that eternal shame awaits its backers.

Following US approval, Israel launched aggression against Iran early Friday morning, killing high-ranking Iranian military commanders, nuclear scientists, and civilians.

Iran responded by invoking Article 51 of the UN Charter, launching waves of missile and drone strikes against Israeli military sites as part of Operation True Promise III.

Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei warned that Israel had made a “big mistake”, stating that the Iranian Armed Forces will deliver heavy blows to the regime.
