Yemen vows continued support for Gaza despite Israeli attacks; Hot summer awaits you

Yemen has condemned Israel’s attack on Sana’a Airport, vowing continued support for Gaza. Hezbollah denounced the aggression, calling for global condemnation. Yemen warned airlines against flying to Lod Airport, citing security risks.

AhlulBayt News Agency: A senior Yemeni official has condemned Israel’s attack on Sana’a Airport, warning that Zionists should prepare for a "hot summer" as Yemen remains committed to supporting Gaza until the genocide ends.

Mahdi al-Mashat, chairman of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, stated that Israeli aggression against Sana’a Airport reflects the regime’s frustration over Yemeni strikes. He emphasized that such attacks will not deter Yemen but will instead strengthen its operations in support of Gaza.

The official warned Israeli settlers that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is incapable of protecting them, adding that upcoming surprises will be painful.

He also cautioned travelers worldwide against flying with airlines that continue operations to Lod Airport, stating that such companies are subject to Yemeni sanctions and are unsafe.

"I tell all companies still arriving at Lod Airport, known as Ben Gurion, that they are exposed to danger at any moment," he said.

Israeli airstrikes recently destroyed the last remaining plane at Yemen’s international airport, weeks after a previous attack caused significant damage.

The airport had resumed limited commercial services on May 17, following an earlier Israeli strike that destroyed six planes 11 days prior.

Yemen has carried out hundreds of attacks on Israeli targets and vessels in recent months in an effort to halt the genocide in Gaza.

'Israel has not learned from the US'

The Lebanese resistance movement Hezbollah also condemned the Israeli attack on Sana’a Airport, stating that it violates international and humanitarian laws.

"Hezbollah strongly condemns these barbaric Zionist assaults and affirms that this Israeli escalation would not have occurred without full American backing and the shameful silence of the international community," the movement declared.

Hezbollah argued that Israel has failed to learn from the US, which was unable to subjugate Yemen and was ultimately forced to halt its aggression.

The movement asserted that Israel remains trapped in illusions, believing it can deter the Yemeni people or force them to abandon their support for Palestinians, who face daily massacres.

Hezbollah expressed pride in Yemen’s leadership, praising its bravery and determination to continue resisting until the war in Gaza ends and the siege is lifted.

The group called for the strongest possible condemnation from free nations and urged effective action to lift the blockade on Gaza and Yemen.

Hezbollah also renewed its appeal to Arab and Islamic nations to stand with Yemen and support its unwavering stance in defense of Palestine.
