AhlulBayt News Agency: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has decided to postpone his planned visit to Azerbaijan, citing regional developments as the reason for the delay.
According to reports from local media in the occupied territories, Netanyahu’s visit was originally scheduled to take place from May 7 to May 11. However, his office announced on Saturday that the trip would be postponed.
“In light of recent developments in the Gaza Strip and Syria, and due to a demanding political and security agenda, Prime Minister Netanyahu has decided to reschedule his visit to Azerbaijan,” the statement read.
Netanyahu’s office also expressed gratitude to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for the invitation, stating that the visit would be arranged for a later date.
