AhlulBayt News Agency: The former judge of Pakistan’s Supreme Court called on all Islamic countries to fight against Israeli regime.
Sheikh Muhammad Taqi Usmani made the remarks in a conference on Palestine attended by prominent Pakistani scholars.
The renowned cleric said,” A military fight against Israeli regime is mandated upon all Islamic countries” and added,” In view of the ongoing atrocities against Palestinians, an immediate military action must be taken by all Islamic countries.”
The Pakistani former official condemned the silence and inadequacy of the governments in confrontation with Israeli atrocities said,” What is the use of Islamic armies if they do not attend a Jihad?”
He also called on those intending to perform minor Hajj pilgrimage to consider the financial support for Palestinian resistance as a priority of the Muslim world.
The call by prominent Pakistani scholar comes as the number of Palestinians killed in Israeli atrocities against the besieged Gaza Strip since October 2023 has surpassed 50,900.
