AhlulBayt News Agency: Allama Baqir Abbas Zaidi, provincial president of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Pakistan (Sindh), has said that the ideology of the Father of the Nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, teaches us that the defense of Palestine is, in fact, the defense of Pakistan, Islam, and all of humanity. He emphasized that the country’s leadership and every citizen must reaffirm their commitment to Quaid-e-Azam’s mission and carry it forward.
He stated that Quaid-e-Azam was the only leader in the Muslim world who not only presented the Pakistan Resolution on March 23, 1940, but on the same occasion also exposed the Zionist conspiracy to establish the illegitimate state of Israel in Palestine. Along with the resolution for Pakistan, he also voiced strong support for the oppressed Palestinian people.
Allama Baqir Zaidi said that March 23 is a historic day when the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent demanded a separate homeland. The Pakistan Resolution affirmed that Muslims deserved a separate country to preserve their religious, cultural, and social identity.
He noted that Quaid-e-Azam’s life was not only about the struggle for Pakistan’s independence but also showed consistent support for the Palestinian cause. He always strongly reacted against British and Western efforts to establish a fake Zionist state in Palestine.
Allama Baqir Zaidi stressed that in today’s times, it is crucial for every section of Pakistan to embrace Quaid-e-Azam’s vision and play its role in ensuring the country's development and progress.
