AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested six Palestinians as Jewish settlers launched a series of attacks on Palestinian citizens in several areas of the West Bank on Friday.
Local sources reported that IOF arrested the Palestinian young men Waad Abu Samra, Anas Jabara, and the two brothers Abdullah and Abd al-Rahman al-Khatib after storming their homes in Turmus'ayya village north of the West Bank city of Ramallah.
In a related incident, clashes erupted in al-Janiya village west of the West Bank city of Ramallah following an IOF raid, without reporting any injuries.
In Occupied al-Quds, local sources reported that the Palestinian young man Ahmed Rakan was arrested by Israeli police forces after storming his home in Ras al-Amud neighborhood in Silwan village.
Rakan had been arrested, deported from the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and sentenced to home confinement several times.
Meanwhile, the Israeli police arrested Imad Abu Shukair, 50, from his workplace within the Green Line on Friday, after the Hebrew media claimed that his son Subhi was responsible for Elad stabbing attack on Thursday night.
Family sources affirmed that Israeli Intelligence services contacted Abu Shuqair, from Jenin, and stormed his workplace in al-Jadida town within the Green Line before arresting him.
Meanwhile, IOF soldiers set a makeshift checkpoint on Friday morning near Silat Ad-Dhahr village south of West Bank city of Jenin.
Local sources reported that the IOF soldiers stopped Palestinians’ vehicles, searched them, and checked their ID cards.
Furthermore, IOF soldiers detained on Thursday night six Palestinians near the military checkpoint of Ya'bad, southwest of Jenin for several hours before releasing them.
Israeli forces seized CCTV camera recordings at dawn Friday in Husan village west of the West Bank city of Bethlehem.
In another development, Jewish settlers hurled stones at Palestinians’ vehicles on Friday south of the West Bank city of Bethlehem.
Security sources reported that the Gosh Etzion settlement bloc’s Jewish settlers attacked Palestinians’ vehicles. No injuries were reported.
Moreover, local sources reported that a number of Jewish settlers set three vehicles belonging to Palestinian citizens on fire. They identified the owners of the vehicles as Mashhour Shehadeh, Mahmoud Shehadeh, and Ismail Shehadeh.
Several Palestinian civilians were injured on Thursday and their vehicles were attacked in a settlers’ attack near a crossroad to the south of the West Bank city of Nablus.
