AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): 23,000 Muslim worshipers reached the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque and performed the Friday prayer in its courtyards amid strict Israeli measures.
The Islamic Endowments Department in al-Quds (Jerusalem) said that the occupation police deployed at the entrances to Al-Aqsa and the Old City, especially in the al-Amoud Gate area, and checked the ID cards of the worshipers.
Hundreds of Muslim worshipers from al-Quds and the 1948 occupied territories had performed the Friday Fajr (dawn) prayer, responding to the “Great Dawn” call to pray in the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
