AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A top Taliban commander was killed in a drone attack of foreign forces, said the spokesman of the Farah Province, eastern Afghanistan, on Thursday.
Mullah Samad Zirkouhi was hit alongside three of his companions on Wednesday, Mohibbollah Mohib told local media of Afghanistan.
Mohib believes that the operation would have a positive effect on the security of contiguous Farah and Harat provinces.
