DAMASCUS, Syria (AhlulBayt News Agency) - The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) recently beefed-up their defenses inside the Deir Ezzor Governorate after learning of an upcoming ISIS offensive at a key district near the western bank of the Euphrates River.
The so-called Islamic State militants are planning a massive assault on the Al-Sina'a District, which is located across the river from Sakr Island.
