(AhlulBayt News Agency) - The man in charge of ISIS financial affairs in Mosul has gone missing with millions of dollars disappearing after him, said a local source.
Abu Mu’taz Qahtani, who was also in charge of IS female suicide bombers, has taken millions of dollars from the groups treasury and possibly escaped Mosul to an unknown location, a source told al-Sumaria News.
According to the report, a German national member of IS has also gone missing with Qahtani. She assisted the IS commander in supervising the female suicide bombers, and many foreign females were recruited by her.
The source also claimed that important documents have been taken by the two militants and their location remains unknown up to the moment.
