On 8 June 2014, the Jadda’s Specialized Criminal Court sentenced three Shiite youth (Ali Sa’id Al Rebeh, Mohammdad Feisal al-Shyoukh and Ali Mohammad Abdullah al-Atel) to death.

- Ali Sa’id Al Rebeh, 18 years old, from Awwamiya town in Qatif in Eastern Province.
- He was arrested on 29 February 2012, when a security force raided his school ”al-Sahil private school”, shackled and transferred him to al-Dammam prison.
- Held incommunicado.
- Denied access to family and lawyer.
- Tortured during the investigation period.

- Mohammdad Feisal al-Shyoukh, 22 years old, from Awwamiya town in Qatif in Eastern Province .
- He was arrested on 27 February 2012, by a security force at gas station with his friend, he transferred him to al-Dammam prison.
- Held incommunicado.
- Denied access to family and lawyer.
- Tortured during the investigation period.
- On 10 September, he engaged in hunger strike to protest the ill-treatment and negligence inside the prison.

- Ali Mohammad Abdullah al-Atel, 22 years old, from Medeni district in Qatif city in EasternProvince.
- He was arrested on 10 February 2013. He transferred him to al-Dammam prison.
- Held incommunicado.
- Denied access to family and lawyer .
- Tortured during the investigation period .
