(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Unlike indigenous wooden monuments in Srinagar, stone mosque stands unique with its distinctive designs and structural patterns.
It is counted as one of the age old Mughal structure known for its nine horizontal arches.
This ancient mosque is situated on the opposite bank of the River Jhelum in mujahid manzil area, right in the middle of the Srinagar City near Shah-e-Hamadan and Jama Masjid.
The stone mosque is regarded as desecrated building by high priests of Islam owing to its structural style.
