(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The Rabbi was invited by the Norwegian organization “Friends of Jerusalem Al-Quds” to hold a seminar in Oslo to raise awareness on the differences between Judaism and Zionism.
The rabbi also said that the Israeli atrocities are clearly in breach of the tenets of the Jewish faith. He also pointed to the difference between the Jewish ethical values and the Zionist values.
Earlier in a press conference the Rabbi presented an award to the prominent Norwegian Muslim, Dr. Trond Ali Linstad.
The award recognised Dr. Linstad’s friendship with the Jewish people, his efforts to help the Palestinian cause and also to differentiate Judaism from Zionism.
Dr. Linstad was recently accused of anti-Semitism by the local media. Consequently, he was deprived off a high-ranking Norwegian award.
According to Neturei Karta, there are hundreds of thousands of Orthodox Jews who oppose the existence of Israel and its atrocities against the Palestinians.
They are a non-violent and non-political faction of the Jewish faith. And their movement relies upon demonstrations against Israel and more importantly praying for a quick dissolution of Israel.
