Grand Ayatollah Alavi: NAM Should not Obeyed Arrogant Powers

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The Islamic jurisprudent, Ayatollah Alavi Gorgani underscored that the 16th summit of NAM will be effective if the heads of this movement not to obey the arrogant powers.The grand Ayatollah underscored that countries’ politicians and officials should not be shackled by western powers and instead take the cognizance of code of ethics and moralities.Nowadays the milieu of destitute and downtrodden people around the world is fallen on deaf ears. Regarding the current condition, “the 16th summit of Non-alignment movements can be really effective in international relations,” said Qom Seminary instructor.Ayatollah Gorgani underlined that taking the advice of the Supreme Leader of Islamic revolution of Iran, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenie can be literally effective.The grand Ayatollah underlined that politicians should be edified and not obey the orders of western and arrogant powers. The 16th summit of NAM member states will be held in the Iranian capital from August 26 to 31.NAM is an international organization with 120 member states that is not formally aligned with or against any major power bloc.
