Grand Ayatollah Makarem: Wahabis Afraid of Having Conversation and Discussion with Shia Scholars

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) -  "Wahhabis are afraid of having conversation and discussion with Shia scholars,” Grand Shia cleric said. Islamic scholars invited Wahabis to discuss with Muslim scholars many times, but each time Wahhabi scholars rejected this invitation. “Because are void of logic, Wahhabis are afraid of having conversation and discussion with Muslim scholars,” Ayatollah Naser Makarem Shirazi said. The grand Ayatollah mentioned,” Wahabis lack any logic, that is the reason why they massarue innocent Muslims by bombing campaign .” The Qom seminary instructor urged people to respect each other and instead of cursing, pray for their brothers and sisters. Ayatollah Makarem in a letter urged Wahhabi Muftis to eschew from slandering and calumniating Shia people. “Do not forget this fact that these baseless libels and false accusation of infidelity against Shia Muslims would be greatly in favor of Israel and the United States,” the grand Ayatollah mentioned in the letter. /129
