Iran Army announces new strikes on US, Israeli positions

Iran’s Army announced drone strikes on Zionist regime petrochemical industries near Dimona, a US Navy maintenance center in the UAE’s Jebel Ali port, and US radar and housing facilities at Kuwait’s Ahmed Al Jaber air base.

ABNA24 - Iran’s Army announced drone strikes on Zionist regime petrochemical industries near Dimona, a US Navy maintenance center in the UAE’s Jebel Ali port, and US radar and housing facilities at Kuwait’s Ahmed Al Jaber air base.

The Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran announced that it had targeted the petrochemical industries of the Zionist regime near Dimona, as well as the headquarters of the terrorist American army in the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait, using drones.

In its statement number 58, the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran declared that in response to the aggressions of the American-Zionist enemy against the country’s petrochemical industries and other infrastructure, it conducted high-volume drone attacks since last night on: the “power generation unit and fuel storage source of the petrochemical industries” in the south of the occupied territories near Dimona, the US Navy maintenance and repair center at the port of Jebel Ali in the United Arab Emirates, and the radar systems and housing buildings for American forces at the Ahmed Al Jaber air base in Kuwait.

The statement added that the Dimona industrial zone is of high sensitivity to the economy and security of the Zionist regime and is the location of the regime’s largest chemical complex in the Negev desert. The power generation unit and fuel storage source of the petrochemical industries are located in that area, and its chemicals are used for certain military purposes of the Zionist regime.

The Army further stated in its statement that the US Navy maintenance and repair center at the port of Jebel Ali in the United Arab Emirates, as one of the largest docking ports for US Navy vessels in the region, provides important support and repair services to the American fleet.

The statement also noted that the Ahmed Al Jaber air base in Kuwait hosts American military forces, has radar systems and hangars capable of accommodating various types of military aircraft, and hosts the US Air Force’s 332nd Unit.
