AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Abu Ala Al-Wilaii, Secretary-General of the Islamic Resistance of Kata’ib Sayyid al-Shuhada (a.s.), in a message published on his personal page on the social media platform X, analyzed the objectives of the war against Iran and the outcomes of the Resistance Axis's victory.
He stated, “The initial objective of the war against Iran was the overthrow of its system and the plundering of its natural resources. However, as the war progressed, this goal narrowed down to merely attempting to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. In its final stages, leaders may be seeking to ensure the safe withdrawal of their remaining and defeated forces from Western Asia, so they can calmly focus on recovering from their defeat and mitigating its negative impacts on upcoming elections.”
Al-Wilaii emphasized that the great victory of the Resistance Axis has completely invalidated the enemy’s falsehood regarding ‘neutrality,’ demonstrating that this axis does not vanish with the martyrdom of its leaders. He described the axis as an enduring ideology and project whose foundational existence is derived from Imam al-Mahdi (a.s.).
