AhlulBayt News Agency: The Friday prayer leader of Qom and custodian of the Hazrat Masoumeh holy shrine has stated that the unity and steadfastness of the Iranian people have altered international equations, solidifying the country’s strength on the global stage.
Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Saeedi made the remarks during a passionate gathering in the Pardisan district of Qom on Wednesday night. The rally, held in support of the Islamic Revolution and the Leader of the Revolution, was attended by a large number of people and local officials.
Expressing gratitude for the public's massive turnout in defense of the Revolution, Ayatollah Saeedi highlighted the blessing of leadership in the Islamic Republic. He stated that the Iranian nation, by following the Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist and drawing inspiration from religious teachings, has charted a path of dignity and power.
Ayatollah Saeedi emphasized that the Iranian people have consistently stood by the Establishment and the Leadership at critical junctures. He noted that this solidarity and resilience have been the primary factors behind the formation and continuity of the Islamic system, stressing that cohesion and unity are essential to preserve it today.
Referring to the Islamic Republic’s resistance against world powers, the senior cleric asserted that the Iranian nation’s defiance against the excessive demands of enemies has resulted in the country’s strength in the international arena. He affirmed that this trajectory will continue through the preservation of faith, unity, and obedience to the Leader.
Ayatollah Saeedi also pointed to the role of youth in advancing the goals of the Revolution, stating that the young generation, with their spirit of devotion and revolutionary zeal, are playing a significant role in sustaining the revolutionary path, with examples visible across various fields.
In another part of his address, the custodian of the Hazrat Masoumeh holy shrine spoke of the solidarity among people in addressing challenges. He noted that following recent incidents involving the destruction of residential units in Qom due to enemy actions, numerous individuals stepped forward to offer assistance. He described this mutual support as a valuable manifestation of social cohesion in the country.
Concluding his remarks, Ayatollah Saeedi underscored the necessity of maintaining unity and fulfilling individual and social responsibilities. He stated that every individual must contribute, to the best of their ability, to strengthening the Establishment and safeguarding the values of the Revolution, in order to pave the way for the realization of divine promises.
