AhlulBayt News Agency: Amid a sharp rise in the popularity of the Islamic Republic of Iran among Muslims across the region and the wider Islamic world due to its steadfast resistance against the U.S.–Zionist aggression, the Israeli regime has reportedly resorted to a “false flag” tactic.
According to informed sources, the regime plans to carry out a drone or missile attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque in the lead-up to Quds Day and then attempt to blame Iran and the Resistance Front for the incident.
Reports indicate that, beginning yesterday, Israeli authorities have gradually started evacuating Jewish residents living in areas surrounding the Al-Aqsa compound.
A well-informed official at Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence said the plot by the “Netanyahu gang” had been uncovered, adding that the Israeli regime hopes to exploit such a provocation to turn Arab nations and Muslims against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The official further warned that Muslims and freedom-seeking people around the world must remain vigilant and issue a clear warning to the “criminal Zionist regime” and its Western backers against carrying out such a scheme.
