Grand Seminar Held in Islamabad on Anniversary of Islamic Revolution

On the occasion of the 47th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, a thought-provoking seminar was organized at Al-Baqir Center, Islamabad, under the auspices of the International Idara Al-Baqir.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): On the occasion of the 47th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, a thought-provoking seminar was organized at Al-Baqir Center, Islamabad, under the auspices of the International Idara Al-Baqir.

Addressing the gathering, Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas said that the Islamic Revolution of Iran has become stronger and more powerful than ever before.
He stated that the Islamic Revolution is a comprehensive intellectual and practical movement rooted in Islam, and a true reflection of the complete interpretation of Islamic teachings.

He said that faith in Allah, the spirit of sacrifice, love for martyrdom, trust in God, and reliance on the people form the foundation of the Islamic Revolution. According to him, these elements make it one of the greatest revolutionary examples in human history.

Senator Raja Nasir Abbas further said that whether during the early struggle of the revolution or the Iran-Iraq war, the Islamic Republic of Iran relied not on weapons but on trust in God as its real strength.

He added that even today, faith and conviction remain Iran’s greatest power, and belief in martyrdom and resistance has made the revolution undefeatable.
Speaking at the seminar, Syed Nasir Abbas Shirazi, Chief Organizer of Majlis Wahdat-ul-Muslimeen Pakistan and a legal expert, said that the Islamic Revolution introduced genuine concepts in response to the false terms imposed by the Western world, thereby changing the direction of the global narrative.

He said that arrogant powers try to link Islam and revolutionary thought with terrorism, but the Islamic Revolution of Iran clearly separated pure Islamic teachings from American and distorted versions of Islam.

He emphasized that resistance against oppression, steadfastness, and sacrifice in the path of God are not terrorism, but symbols of high human values.

Allama Syed Ghulam Shabbir Bukhari, head of Jamia Baasat Pakistan and a respected scholar, said in his speech that the Islamic Revolution of Iran is based on two key elements: faith and spirituality.

He said that on the basis of these elements, the revolution challenged global powers and continues to stand proud today. According to him, for a person with complete faith in God, death is not a source of fear but a transition to eternal life.

A large number of Shia scholars, intellectuals, and people from different walks of life attended the seminar.

At the end of the event, prayers were offered for the martyrs of the Tralai incident. Senator Raja Nasir Abbas paid tribute to them while recalling the sufferings of the martyrs of Karbala and offered special prayers for the departed souls.
