AhlulBayt News Agency: The Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; His Eminence Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, received a delegation from the Pakistani pharmaceutical company (City Pharma), which specializes in medicines.
His Eminence listened to a detailed explanation from the company's CEO, Mr. Ridwan Ahmed, about the company's work in the field of pharmaceuticals.
The Deputy Secretary-General of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine; Engineer Abbas Mousa Ahmed, said: "The holy shrine continuously seeks to cooperate with reputable companies in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, with the aim of providing the best and most suitable types of medicines to meet the needs of the community and serve the public good."
He added that the efforts of the holy shrine focus on supporting the national pharmaceutical market and preventing its monopoly by specific companies, through active contribution in supplying it with high-quality medicines, which enhances pharmaceutical stability and ensures fair and safe access to treatment for citizens.
For his part, the company's CEO said that the meeting of the company's delegation with His Eminence Sayed Al-Safi witnessed a discussion on the prospects of cooperation with the holy shrine.
He added that the delegation reviewed the holy shrine's pharmaceutical industry projects, confirming that the visit was fruitful and that there are efforts to find new avenues for cooperation.
