AhlulBayt News Agency: The Chairman of Association of Muslim Scholars has hailed the Leader of Islamic Revolution for defending Islam stressing that an attack on Ayatollah Khamenei is tantamount to attack on all Muslim scholars.
In a video message released by Sheikh Qazi Hunaina, the Lebanese cleric condemned any ‘uncalculated or reckless’ action by the U.S. President against Ayatollah Khamenei stressing the Leader as the redline for Muslim clerics.
He said,” The American Zionist enemy has repeatedly tried to diminish the steadfastness, power, and stability of the Iranian people and their wise leadership, Ayatollah Imam Khamenei”, warning that Iran will respond to any attack with more painful blows.
The Lebanese cleric described Ayatollah Khamenei as a leader who highlighted the honor and glory of Islam.
He emphasized support for the Iranian nation and the Islamic establishment which has remained a supporter of Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria and Yemen.
The Lebanese cleric also warned against an era when the ‘Zionist’ enemy struggles to sow sedition among Islamic denominations under the pretext of Abraham (Invitation) Accord.
The comments by Sheikh Qazi Hunaina came in response to a series of U.S. threats to take military action against the Islamic Republic of Iran following the recent riots that swept in different Iranian cities.
