Gaza missile hits Nirim, damages rebuilding zone after 2023 assault

A missile launched from Gaza struck the Israeli-occupied area of Nirim, causing material damage in a neighborhood still recovering from the 2023 Al-Aqsa Flood operation. Israeli media confirmed the strike and acknowledged its impact.

AhlulBayt News Agency: A missile fired from Gaza on Sunday struck the occupied area of Nirim, causing material damage, according to Israeli media. The neighborhood hit was reportedly still recovering from the 2023 Al-Aqsa Flood operation.

Israeli television confirmed the success of the missile strike launched by Palestinian forces targeting territories under Israeli occupation.

Citing Al-Mayadeen, Channel 12 reported that the missile impacted buildings in Nirim and caused structural damage in the area.

The broadcaster noted that the missile landed in a neighborhood undergoing reconstruction from destruction sustained during the Al-Aqsa Flood operation on October 7, 2023.

Despite nearly two years of continuous military aggression and a strict blockade on Gaza, Palestinian resistance groups continue to carry out individual attacks and launch missile strikes against Israeli-held areas.
