AhlulBayt News Agency: Days after Israel declared a unilateral ceasefire, Israeli media reports suggest that settlers remain unaware of the full extent of damage caused by Iranian missile strikes across the occupied territories.
Speaking on Channel 13, Israeli journalist Raviv Drucker highlighted the precision of Iran’s retaliatory missile and drone attacks, which targeted military and strategic infrastructure.
Drucker noted that many of these strikes hit IDF bases and sensitive sites, but due to strict military censorship, the public remains largely uninformed.
He cited the attack on the Weizmann Institute, affiliated with Mossad, as one of the few incidents widely reported due to foreign media coverage and social media exposure.
Drucker emphasized that the media blackout has left people unaware of the scale and accuracy of Iran’s strikes, saying, “There are many places we don’t know about.”
On June 13, Israel launched a full-scale assault on Iran, targeting military and nuclear sites and killing top commanders, scientists, and civilians.
In response, Iran launched precision strikes using advanced missiles against Israeli military and industrial infrastructure.
After 12 days of conflict, Israel declared a ceasefire under pressure from Washington to avoid further Iranian retaliation.
Due to Israeli military censorship, foreign journalists have been barred from reporting on sensitive damage, and satellite imagery access has been restricted.
Despite this, reports indicate that Iranian missiles struck key sites including the Kirya, Camp Moshe Dayan, Tel Nof and Ovda Air Bases, and the Interior Ministry.
Additional targets included the Bazan Oil Refinery, Haifa and Hadera power stations, Ashdod Power Plant, Ben Gurion Airport, and the Weizmann Institute, which reportedly suffered $570 million in damage.
The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange was also hit, and Iran’s final barrage involved 14 ballistic missiles aimed at further military and logistical targets.
The full scope of the damage remains unknown due to Israel’s strict information blackout.
