AhlulBayt News Agency: A recent survey conducted by the IRIB Research Center has revealed that 84% of Iranian citizens support the country’s missile response to the Israeli regime’s recent attacks on Iranian territory. The head of the center, Mohsen Shakeeri Nezhad, announced the findings, further stating that 86% of respondents also favor enhancing Iran’s missile capabilities amid ongoing tensions.
Meanwhile, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) confirmed on Friday evening that it had launched the 17th wave of its retaliatory campaign, dubbed “Operation True Promise III.” The IRGC reported strikes against a wide array of targets across the occupied territories, including military installations, defense industry sites, command centers, and air bases such as Navatim and Hatzerim.
In its statement, the IRGC emphasized that the targeted facilities have played a key role in supporting Israel’s military operations in Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen, and Iran since the onset of the Al-Aqsa Storm campaign. The statement also highlighted the increasing precision and impact of Iran’s ballistic missiles, citing heavy damage in Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Be’er Sheva.
Iranian authorities have pledged to continue their military response until what they describe as “full punishment” of Israel’s leadership is achieved.
